Krepa...
Per te pergatitur nje prej gatimeve me te shijshme dhe me te famshme te koheve te fundit, krepat, duhen keta perberes:
150 gr Miell
30 gr Sheqer
1/2 luge kafeje me kripe
350 ml Qumesht
4 luge gjalp
Pergatitja:
Rrahim vezet ne mikser,me pas shtojme qumshtin, miellin kripen dhe sheqerin...i perziejm mire e mire deri sa te krijohet nje mase viskoze. Masen e pergatitur e vendosim ne frigorifer per tu ftohur (jo per ta ngrire) per rreth 30 minuta...nderkohe fillojme te ngrohim tiganin ne zjarr te mesem dhe fillojme te shkrijme gjalpin ne te. Kur gjalpi fillon te nxehet, marrim masen e ftohur me filxhan kafeje (ose me luge te thella) dhe fillojme t'i skuqim derisa te marrin ngjyre kafe te lehte, me pas i kthejme nga ana tjeter dhe i lem serish sa te marrin nje ngjyre te lehte kafe...Mbushja e tyre mund te behet sipas deshires dhe ne masen e deshiruar...Shijim te kendshem......

30 g sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Milk 350 ml
4 tablespoons butter
Preparation:

Filling thereto may be optionally and to the extent desired ... nice taste ......
