Oktapod me salce te bardhe - Octopus with white sauce

Perberesit per 4 persona:
  •  Oktapod 1 kg
  • krem Hopla 3 luge gjelle
  • 1/2 luge gjelle gjalp
  • leng limoni per te vendosur oktapodin
Pergatitja:
Para se ti skuqim oktapodet i vendosim ne uje me limon per 2-3 ore.Pasi i kemi hequr nga uji i thajme me beze dhe i vendosim ne tigan ku kemi shrire gjalpin. I leme aty deri sa te skuqen dhe te marrin formen e nje kerpudhe.Pastaj hedhim salcen pak kripe dhe fara djegese(sipas deshires) dhe i leme derisa te krijohet nje mase e njetrajtshme. Serviren me sallate jeshile dhe vere te bardhe.

Octopus 1 kg

1/2 tablespoon butter

Preparation:
