Rizoto (oriz) me patellxhan dhe djath te tymosur
Perbersit per 4 persona :
250 gr Oriz
1 Patellxhan
300 gr Pomodorini
1/2 e nje kokerre Qepe
Vere e bardhe
150 gr Scarmoza ( Djathe i tymosur )
50 gr Parmigiano
1 L Leng Mishi
Kripe, Piper, Borzilok.
Pregatitja:
Ne fillim marrim patellxhanet dhe pasi i kemi lare i qerojme dhe i ndajme ne forma te vogla kubike.Grijme edhe qepen dhe sebashku me patellxhanin, e vendosim ne nje ene me vaj per tu skuqur duke i hedhur edhe kripe sipas deshires.Pas disa minuave qe qepa dhe patellxhani po skuqen i shtojme edhe orizin dhe pas 5 minutave qe kemi hedhur orizin per tu skuqur e shuajme me veren e bardhe qe ne kemi.Me pas i shtojme pomodorinin e ndare ne cop ate vogla dhe i perziejme te gjitha bashke.Tani i hedhim lengun e mishit dhe i leme te ziejne te gjitha bashke derisa kokrrat e orizit te zbuten.Kur kokrrat e orizit te jene zbutur fikim soben dhe ne ene hedhim djathin scarmoza( djathe i tymosur ) dhe djathin parmigiano te prere ne forma te vogla kubike, i hedhi pak kripe si dhe borzilokun.E perziejme 3 – 4 here orizin me te gjithe perberesit dhe me pas e mbulojme me kapak duke e lene ne qetesi per disa minuta.Tani ju mund ta ndani rizoton me patellxhan dhe me djath te tymosur neper pjata dhe ta sherbeni ate. Ju befte mire

1 Eggplant
300 gr Pomodorini

Preparation:
