Pergatitja

Ne fillim skuqim specin dhe i hedhim me pas spinaqin, e leme te thahet pak dhe i hedhim orizin. Fillojme ti hedhim ujin e grohte pak nga pak deri sa orizi te ziej dhe te behet nje mase kremoze ne fund i hedhim nga siper djath kackavall

Ingredients

  230 gr peppers
  three hands spinach
  rice
  minced rind cheese

Preparation
