Duke qene se jemi ne vere, dhe kjo eshte periudha me e mire per te blere speca te fresketa ne merkate, sot po iu propozojme nje recete shume te shijshme:specat e mbushura me gjize. Por nese gjiza nuk iu pelqen, mund ta zevendesoni ate me mocarela ose filadelfia.

Perberesit per 4 persona:
• 4 speca me tul
• 2 patate mesatare
• 150gr gjize
• 3 luge djath kackavall
• 1 veze
• 1 thelb hudher
• borzilok
• kripe
• piper
Pergatitja:

Pastrojme specat, i ndajme ne gjysme, heqim farat e brendeshme dhe i ziejme ne uje me kripur te valuar per 2 minuta.

Ziejme patatet ne uje te kripur per rreth 30 minuta dhe kur jane akoma te nxehta i shtypim me kujdes; shtojme hudhren dhe borzilokun te grira holle, djathin kackavall te grire, gjizen, vezen dhe pak kripe e piper duke i perziere shume mire te gjithe perberesit.

Me kete mase mbushim specat, i vendosim ne nje tave qelqi te lyer me vaj dhe i pjekim ne furre te nxehte ne 180 grade celcius per rreth 40 minuta, ose derisa te jene zbutur.
