Grijme ne nje ene spinaqin e zier dhe te kulluar paraprakisht. Me pas shtojme, te spinaqi edhe qepet e grira, koper te grire, vezet , miellin, djathin kackavall, kripen dhe piperin (Kujdes: jo Vajin). I perziejme mire te gjithe perberesit derisa te krijohet nje mase kompakte. Ky eshte edhe brumi qe na nevojitet per qoftet. Vendosim ne zjarr nje tenxhere fundin e te ciles e kemi mbushur me vaj dhe e leme vajin te nxehet. Shkepusim nga brumi masa me madhesine normale te qofteve, i lyejm me miell dhe pasi te sigurohemi qe vaji eshte nxehur, fillojme te skuqim qoftet. Qoftet jane skuqur kur kane marre nje ngjyre kafe te arte. (Skuqja mund te kryhet edhe ne tigan).
Ingredients:
1 kg spinach (boiled and be lucid in advance)
4 green onions, chopped
dill
salt
pepper
4 eggs
10 tablespoons flour
1 coffee cup minced rind cheese

Preparation:
