Rasenik – Pite me laker te bardhe
Raseniku eshte lloj i pites, gatim i njohur dhe i perhapur ne shum vende te Kosoves.

0.5L uje
1 luge gjelle krip
200 gr gjalpe ose 2 dl vaj
1 koke lakre te bardhe mesatare
200 gr maze
1 gote qumshte
Ujit me krip ua shtojme miellin (se pari afer 600gr. pastaj duke i shtuar nga pak gjer sa te fitojme brum homogjen, mesatarisht i forte). Brumin e formuar e ngheshim dhe e ndajme ne 20-22 sopeza me madhesi te vese, I ngjeshim nje nga nje kuleçet dhe I leme te mbuluar me picete kuzhine 10- 20 min. Keshtu brumi eshte i gatshem per pite.
Lakren e grime e zijme 15 min. e kullojme mire ( e ndrydhim me duar deri sa e leshon langun) mandej ia shtojme nje gote qumshte, nje luge krip dhe mazen.
Brumin e pites e ndajme ne dy vende nga 11 kuleqe. Kuleqte i t’hollojme dhe i reshtojme nje mbi nje duke i lyer secilin me nga nje luge yndyre . Ne njerin katmere me 11 kuleqe, qe e shtrijme mbi tepsine e lyer me yndyre e vendosim yçin me lakere, pastaj sipri e shtrijme katmerin tjeter dhe e formojme rrethin e pites duke i bashkuar skajet e dy katmereve. Raseniku pjeket per afer 40 min. dhe servohet me turshi e posaqerisht domate.

1kg.miell
0.5L water
1 tablespoon salt
200 gr butter or oil 2 dl
1 medium head cabbage white
200 gr maze
1 cup qumshte
1 tablespoon salt
Preparation:
Add the water with their salt dough (first close 600gr. Then adding a little to much to win homogenous pulp, moderately strong). Formed ngheshim dough and divide in 20-22 sopeza size of attachments, I condensed one by one and let the cakes covered with kitchen tablecloth 10- 20 min. Thus the dough is ready for pie.
Zijme bit of cabbage and 15 min. The leaching good (suppress hands until the Langue issues) then we add a glass of qumshte, a spoonful of salt and extent.
Pites and divide the dough in two places 11 kuleqe. Kuleqte of t'hollojme and reshtojme one on one by smearing each with a spoonful of fat. In one katmere 11 kuleqe, which stretch over the tray painted with grease and put yçin cabbage, then another SIPRI stretch and form katmerin district pites by joining the ends of two katmereve. Raseniku bake for about 40 min. and served with pickles and tomatoes in particular.
