  •  djalth i bluar parmezan
  •  erëza

Pregatitja

Mishin e bardhe e presim ne rriska te gjata dhe te holla ne forme gishti. E skuqim per rreth 10 minuta. Nderkohe qe tigani me kete mase eshte ende mbi pllake te nxehte, mbi te hedhim kremin hopla dhe te gjitha llojet e djathrave si dhe erezat.Te gjitha keto i leme te vlojn ne temperature te ngadalshme perafersisht 20 minuta. Sherbehet me patate te skuqura apo me lloje te ndryshme makaronash ose orizi.

Preparation
